Official Contest Rules for KFCO/Pillar Ministries (KFCO 107.1)

1. Only legal residents of Colorado are eligible to win.
2. Contestant must be 18 years old and older and also have a valid Colorado Driver’s License.
3. You may only win one (1) prize per household every sixty (60) days.
4. Winner agrees to allow KFCO 107.1 to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.  All calls coming in to KFCO 107.1 are taped and may be aired on the radio station without further approval.
5. I acknowledge and expressly assume the risks of participating with full understanding of such potential risks and expressly waives, releases and discharges Pillar Ministries, (a not-for-profit organization) and its members, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, employees and the event venue from any and all costs, expenses or liabilities (including those involving death, disability, personal injury or property damage) arising out of or relating to my participation, excepting only claims arising solely from willful misconduct.
6. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless KFCO 107.1 and its sponsors and affiliates from any and all damages, liabilities or claims for injury or damage of any kind that might arise in connection with a contest, a prize, or the award of a prize.
7. Failure to claim prize(s) from KFCO 107.1 within thirty (30) days of notification will result in forfeiture of prize(s).
8. Prize(s) may not be sold, traded, or commissioned and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
9. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, insurance and license fees in conjunction with any prize won on KFCO 107.1. A 1099 MISC form will be completed and filed with the Internal Revenue Service for each winner who over the course of the calendar year has won prizes with a total value of $500 or more. Any and all federal, state and local laws apply to contests. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. Any additional costs related to prize that are incurred as a result of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
11. For specific contests, KFCO 107.1 reserves the right to impose an age limit.
12. KFCO 107.1 will not be responsible or held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is cancelled due to circumstances that are beyond our control.
13. If a prize becomes unavailable, KFCO 107.1 will make a good faith attempt to substitute another prize.
14. With respect to any disputes regarding contests, the decision of KFCO 107.1 will be final.
15. KFCO 107.1 has the right to change the rules or discontinue any contest at any time.
16. Employees of Pillar Ministries, KFCO 107.1 Radio, its clients or associated agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
17. Void where prohibited.

SPECIFIC CONTEST RULES FOR THE KFCO 107.1 7 DAYS OF POSITIVE PAYBACK

1. Contest dates are from 12:00AM on April 22, 2024 to 11:59PM on May 19^th 2024.
2. KFCO 107.1 agrees to award one listener who completes the appropriate online sign up for the sum of $1071, in the form of a check made payable to them from KFCO 107.1. Additionally, KFCO 107.1 agrees to award an additional $1071.00 to another person of choice of the contest winner. The 2^nd $1071 cannot be awarded by the winner to themself. The second prize of $1071 must be awarded to another individual, chosen by the contest winner.
3. Winner will be selected by a randomized method within 48 hours after stated contest end, and contacted by telephone by KFCO 107.1 personnel. If winner is unable to be reached, KFCO 107.1 will make continued attempts to contact winner for 7 days from contest end by telephone and email. If after 7 days, KFCO 107.1 is unable to make contact with the chosen winner, KFCO 107.1 will select another winner from the contest entrants.
4. No purchase is necessary to participate.
