I'm asking for prayers for my family. We have eight children. Three of our eight have epilepsy. Our eight-year-old has had an increase in seizures over the last year. His little body has taken a toll, as he has been on a ventilator over nine times. At this point, medication is not stopping his seizures. We've done testing that has shown he has cortical dysplasia. Our family has decided to go forward with brain surgery to remove the cortical dysplasia.
We are scared, but we know God is with us. Our son puts up one heck of a fight. Always holding his head high, smiling, and loving with all his might.
We ask for prayers for our son's healing and strength for our family.
